What are your shipping costs and delivery times?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $99 within the contiguous United States. Most orders are processed within 2 business days and typically arrive within 5-7 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your rug within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items must be in original condition, and return shipping fees may apply.
How do I clean and maintain my new rug?
Regular vacuuming without a beater bar is recommended for most rugs. For spills, blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth. We recommend professional cleaning every 1-2 years to maintain the integrity of the fibers.
Do I need a rug pad?
Yes, we highly recommend using a rug pad. It prevents slipping, protects your flooring from scratches, provides extra cushioning, and extends the life of your rug by reducing friction.
