Log into your account portal or use our guest return tool to select the item you wish to send back and receive a Return Authorization number.

Prepare Package

Carefully roll the rug in its original protective plastic or equivalent heavy-duty packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Attach Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of the package, ensuring all old labels are covered.

Ship and Refund

Drop off the package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
